We make a variety of premium signature ice creams
that provide distinct an unique flavor that can
only be obtained from “the real thing”.
At
the request of the customer, we will include a variety
of alcoholic beverages in recipes to provide distinct
flavors. This includes adding beer (usually Guinness®),
whiskey (Jack Daniels®
is my favorite), liqueurs and cordials. We even
use champagne in a classy sorbet that will cleanse
any palate!
The
actual alcohol content is only ½ %, but the
distinct flavor is there. Adding more alcohol would
affect the quality of the ice cream and its ability
to freeze well.
