Signature desserts are known for increasing check size and customer traffic.

Here is how it works: You come up with a name for your ice cream that is synonymous your restaurant. Tell us what flavors you want in your ice cream and how you want to make this ice cream unique (flavor, color, shape, by scoop or by cake).

Please note a Signature Ice Cream can only be sold in the restaurant for which it is made. Not even our manufacturing staff is allowed to take a sample home.

Striking the right ice cream note will be music from your registers as people come in just to taste your signature dessert.
