About Us

In 2001 Roc Star Ice Cream opened the Retail end of our business, selling our very own Ice Cream made onsite daily. In 2008 we then began making the Smart Snack approved Roc-N-Roll Wiches to be sold to local schools and are currently being sold all throughout the North Eastern United States.

In 2020, we developed our whole wheat New York State grown and certified Miss Mila's Cookies. Grab n Go Cookies, Ice Cream Cakes and Miss Mila's Brownies are also sold in Local Convenience Stores. We are now working on creating new frozen novelty products to expand both Retail and Wholesale.
